Here's another great look designed to get you through the transition between winter and spring. Over the knee boots have been a persistent fashion trend over the last few years. I would love to break out my sandals, but unfortunately I can't pack my boots away just yet. NYC got snow this past week! So the weather clearly doesn't care that it is April or Spring. Also, the colors of these boots is just so fabulous, I'll find any excuse to keep wearing them.
Leather in warmer weather or in the office is taboo for some, but this mini makes wearing it in warmer weather a no brainer. This look is appropriate for business casual and casual offices. I would not wear this in a conservative office because of the length of the skirt and the heels. Wearing flats with this look would make it more appropriate for a conservative office. Most items in this look are from my closet. I think I've had the J.Crew blazer and Aldo Boots for about 2-3 years. I've tagged some great pieces to replicate this look.
